Nước Ui School is one of many meaningful educational projects initiated by the Midas Foundation in Vietnam. In this project, Midas partnered with renowned architect Vo Trong Nghia and received support from TOSTEM and INAX, two leading Japanese brands, to create a modern and safe learning environment for children in Quang Nam province.
A Story of Effort and Sharing
Deep in the Central Highlands of Quang Nam, where winding paths lead to remote villages, there are bright-eyed children yearning for education despite facing numerous challenges. In Tra Mai commune, Nam Tra My district, the dream of a sturdy and well-equipped school has become a reality with the Nước Ui School project – a symbol of the spirit of sharing and community commitment.
The Nước Ui School project was born out of a desire to create a learning space that is close to nature for highland children. The project not only addresses practical needs but also ignites the desire for community development through education.
Every child deserves an inspiring learning space. Nước Ui School not only meets educational needs but also symbolizes social responsibility. It is a testament to the social responsibility of leading Japanese brands, contributing to a sustainable future for Vietnam.
In the construction of Nước Ui School, TOSTEM and INAX have contributed advanced products, helping to realize architect Vo Trong Nghia’s sustainable vision.
With over 100 years of experience, TOSTEM has fully sponsored high-quality aluminum doors, ensuring good load-bearing capacity, water resistance, and durability in the harsh climate of the highlands. These aluminum doors not only provide safety and comfort but also help the building harmonize with nature, creating an airy learning space filled with natural light.
Alongside TOSTEM, INAX – a leading Japanese sanitary ware brand – provides modern, convenient solutions, ensuring hygiene and optimal comfort for teachers and students at the school. The perfect combination of products from the two brands not only enhances the quality of the building but also clearly demonstrates a shared commitment to creating long-term, sustainable values for the community.
Mr. Fujioka Shunsuke, General Director of TOSTEM in Vietnam, shared: “We are very proud to join hands with the Midas Foundation and architect Vo Trong Nghia to bring about a building that is not only solid but also deeply sustainable.” He also added that in 25 years of presence in Vietnam, TOSTEM has not only brought high-quality Japanese aluminum door solutions to make the lives of many Vietnamese families safer and more convenient, but has also been deeply aware of the responsibility to contribute to the community. Each project that the brand participates in aims to spread positive values, contributing to building a better and more sustainable future for Vietnam.
TOSTEM and INAX, two leading brands with over 100 years of history in Japan, share a common vision of sustainable development in the construction materials industry. TOSTEM and INAX products not only stand out for their superior quality but also meet strict environmental protection criteria, from energy efficiency, heat insulation, and soundproofing to the use of environmentally friendly materials. The combination of the core values of both brands has created buildings that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also durable over time, reflecting a long-term commitment to society and the global environment.
The combination of products from TOSTEM and INAX in the Nước Ui School project is proof of the two brands’ commitment to creating long-lasting values. This is not only a sustainable building but also a symbol of sharing, where highland children can learn in a safe, modern, and environmentally friendly environment.
