1. Create, implement and measure the success of: a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the brand image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and, supporting sales activities for both domestic market.
2. Ensure articulation of Organization’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization both internal and external.
3. Ensure brand image and proportion of TOSTEM flagship showroom and dealer showroom
4. Develop, implement and control company media planning(Digital & Analog), coordinate with external partners and monitor advertising agencies effectiveness in order to maintain corporate image and maximize sales
5. Develop promotional materials to use in sales presentation to potential customers
6. Act as the organization`s representative with the media and external agencies
7. Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and POS materials such as brochures, product samples and sales kit etc.
8. Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance ad resource materials to assist chapters in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities
9. Provide counsel to chapters on marketing, communications and public relations
10. Ensure the organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends.
11. Analyze, control, and report actual & forecast marketing expense to country manager in order to monitor and control budget achievement
