MANUFACTURING PROCESS
LIXIL VINA is committed to produce the best products to meet the need of clients by superior quality and production control. Inspections are carried out at design and test phase on order to examine chemical composition and mechanical property, and those of which passed strict quality control will be delivered to the clients.
Casting
Melt aluminum ingot in melting furnace and make 6.5m cylindrical billets.
Extrusion
Cut off the billet to required length and extrude it to 50-60m. Each production line equips twin pullers for superior efficiency.
Surface treatment
LIXIL VINA equips the most advanced lines of Electrodeposition coating and Polymer – Powder Coating.
Fabrication
Profiles are cut and fabricated, assembled and packed for shipping after surface treatment.
